NOTE:

If you claimed you were hacked, we will need to verify every IP connection to your account on our server and verify with the owner of the IP address, which in most cases it will be the ISP that designates that address. By contacting the ISP to verify this information, a police report could be filed for legal purposes and for charges to be brought against the hacker for violating ToS with their ISP and other local laws. It is a serious issue if you were in fact hacked and we have to address it accordingly. This could take a few days to a week to conclude the investigation.
